BioEver since Isabelle was a child, she's been obsessed with her appearance, convinced that she was the most hideous creature alive. Her parents thought it was just a phase -- but instead of growing out of it, she just got worse, to the point where she refused to go out without her face covered and would go into violent fits if she had to expose it. Her hatred focused especially on her nose, and after a nasty incident whereupon she tried to cut it off of her face, she was finally admitted into Cherry Hollow for Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
